Why did Iraq provide
this support to Yasin?

1.
The Anthrax Mystery
The 9-11
Report omits the orchestrated anthrax attacks
in 2001. It does not deal with possible evidence
linking at least one 9-11 hijacker to anthrax
in Florida. (For my analysis of the anthrax
mystery

here) Was the Anthrax attack
connected to the 9-11 attack? |
2.
The Money Mystery
The 9-11 Commission
left the money question unresolved, saying:
"The U.S. government has not been able to
determine the origin of the money used for the
9/11 attacks. Ultimately the question is of little
practical significance. " Where does
the money trail for the 9-11 attack lead?
|
3. The Mastermind
Mystery
Although it concluded that
he was the "principal planner" of the
9-11 attack, the Commission did not
interview Khalid Shaikh
Mohammed (KSM). KSM had begun
his anti-US activities prior to his involvement
with bin-Laden in 1996. In 1992, he
helped fund the first attack on the 1993 World
Trade Center. In 1994, he organized the
aborted Bojinko plot to blow up US airliners.
In organizing anti-US attacks, KSM was assisted
by 6 relatives--
Ramzi Yousef, Ali Abdul Aziz Ali, Abdul
Karim, Abdul Monem, Dawood al-Badani, and
Abdul Qadir Mahmoud-- in at least 5 countries,
including Iraq-occupied Kuwait, over 7 years.
Where did KSM, and his crime family
get financial support for these extensive operations?
Prior to his association with al-Qaeda in 1996,
did KSM have any state sponsorship? If so,
did this state sponsorship end after his association
with al-Qaeda?
The KSM crime family also had the type of logistical
support that usually requires state assistance,
including at least 70 aliases, supported by fraudulent
passports. Who provided KSM and his associates
with these legends? |
4. The CIA Mystery
KSM
and at least of 5
of of his crime family are in US custody. Why
did the CIA not permit the 9-11 Commission or
any members of its staff access to either KSM,
the 9-11 mastermind, or any member of his KSM
crime family? |
5. The First World Trade Center
Mystery
Abdul Rahman Yasin, an indicted conspirator in
the 1993 World Trade Center bombing, was given
sanctuary by Saddam Hussein. He is not mentioned
in the 9-11 Report, although he
was associated with KSM member Ramzi Yousef.
Ahmad Hikmat Shakir, an Iraqi arrested
in Doha on 9-17-2001, had documents in his possession
linking him to the 1993 World Trade Center attack,
KSM's 1994 Bojinko plot, and KSM's brother Zahid.
He also had assisted two 9-11 hijackers
-- Khalid al Midhar and Nawaz al Hamzi-- when
they arrived in Malaysia for a planning session
in January 2000. Like Yasin, Shakir was
given sanctuary by Saddam Hussein in Iraq (after
his release in 2001).
Why did Iraq provide this
safe havens to Yasin and Shakir?
|
6. The Spanish
Mystery
Although Amer Azizi
is not mentioned in the 9-11 Report,
he may have played a key role in the 9-11 conspiracy.
He is part of a Moroccan cabal involved in terror
bombings in Spain. According to the Spanish
investigation headed by Judge Baltasar Garzon,
Azizi organized the final planning session for
9-11 attended by Mohammed Atta in northeast Spain
in July 2001. Who provided
support for the terror operations of Azizzi? |
7. The
Prague Mystery
Why did Mohammed Atta go to
Prague-- at least twice? |
8. The Disinformation
Mystery
Czech intelligence reported to the CIA that an
eye witness had identified Mohammed Atta as the
person who met with Iraq consul, al-Ani in Prague
on April 9, 2001. The CIA then briefed the
9-11 Commission that Czech intelligence subsequently
determined that al-Ani was not in Prague at the
time of the putative meeting, and, by doing so,
precluded the possibility that the identification
was correct.
The Czech government, however, denies that its
intelligence services ever made such a determination
about the whereabouts of al-Ani, and, it turns
out, the sworn testimony of CIA director George
Tenet is inconsistent with the CIA's June 2004
briefing of the 9-11 Commission.
Did the CIA falsely brief the 9-11 Commission
on this issue? If so, what was the CIA's
motive for misinforming the 9-11 Commission? |
9. The Safe Haven Mystery
In 1994 or 1995, according to the 9-11 Commission
, "Bin Ladin himself met with a senior Iraq
intelligence official in Khartoum" to ask
for weapon and logistical assistance from Iraq.
This meeting occurred just prior to the KSM crime
family offering services to Bin Laden.
If assistance was rendered, when was the arrangement
ended? |
10.
The State Sponsorship Mystery
In 1999, at the time that the KSM group was planning
for the second attack on the World Trade Center,
the 9-11 Commission reported that "Iraqi
officials offered Bin Laden a safe haven in Iraq."
Was this sanctuary offer part of a collaborative
relationship between Iraq and al-Qaeda? |
